- Develop, schedule, coordinate, supervise, and evaluate all dance team programs, dance staff, events and clinics.
- Schedule and conduct all Dance Team Parent meetings.
- Responsible for Team Budget.
- Communicate information to instructors, team members, and their parents.
- Make certain all team instructors keep the facility safe, clean, and free from obstructions and correct and problems.
- Set up competitive dance team schedule.
- Enter teams for dance competitions and conventions.
- Know and follow emergency procedures and make certain that instructors do so as well.
- To show enthusiasm, take pressure off winning, make dance fun, and make sure all instructors do so as well.
- Supervise dancers so that they conduct themselves in an appropriate manner in the studio and all other team
functions. - Conduct ourselves as examples for dancers to follow.
Be responsible for disciplinary actions taken against dancers necessary to run a safe, quality program.
