Bus Transportation:  NEW UPDATED INFORMATION                                      Based on Toni's 10-08-09 10:15 AM email

The Lamers coach bus will be departing from the HOTVY on Sunday, October 11 by 6:30 a.m.
Please arrive by 6:15 a.m. -- fifteen minutes prior to departure.

All dancers will check-in with Mrs. Mary Godin, a FCDA parent who is the official chaperone for this trip.  Mrs. Godin will check-in dancers once again at departure in the afternoon.  She is not responsible in any way for your child(ren) during the convention event.

FCDA dance instructors Stacie Scheibe and Brittany Schultz will be attending the convention, but will not be on the bus.  Stacie will be the contact for the 9-12 age group dancers, and Brittany for the 13+.  Our instructors will greet the dancers when they exit the bus, and will return them to the bus.

A lunch is included in the convention price, but additional food & beverages may be packed from home for the bus trip, as well as a pillow / blanket if desired.  Garbage must be disposed of properly.

If someone has a "G" rated movie (DVD) they would like to bring, it could be viewed during the travel time.

It is expected that the bus will return to the HOTVY at approximately 5:30 p.m.

The $17 estimated price collected came very close to the amount required for the 56 passenger Lamers coach.  However, this collection did not allow for a gratuity which is appropriate.  Please send approximately $1 per rider to
be collected for this purpose.
