Dance Revue 2010 - “Cirque Du Y”
Our spring Dance Revue -- which is our year-end dance recital for both the Dance Factory (non-competition teams) and the Fox Cities Dance Academy (competition teams) -- will once again be held at Fox Valley Lutheran High School. Tickets will go on sale in early May. Watch for online ticket ordering information to come in the near future to this website!

Tickets for the 2010 Dance Revue show will go on sale Friday, May 7, 2010, at 6:00 a.m.
Please note:
Ticket Price is $7.00 per seat.
No discounts. Everyone occupying a seat must purchase a ticket. No child over the age of 2 years will be allowed on a lap.
There are no limits on ticket purchases.
Only Visa, Master Card and Discover will be accepted.
All sales are final; no refunds.

NOTE: Print your e-ticket as your hard-copy; this will be your only source of proof-of-purchase as we will have no record of any purchases. This is first-come / first-served basis, however, we have not sold-out auditorium seating in the past and we don’t anticipate this happening this year. On-line purchases will be the only way to purchase tickets to the shows this year and ALL ticket sales will close on Friday, May 20, at noon.

Dress rehearsal will also be held at Fox Valley Lutheran High School during the following dates and times:
Wed May 12: Fox West / Apple Creek dancers
Thu May 13: FCDA dancers
Wed May 19: Family Dance & Troupe dancers
Thu May 20: HOTV Dance Factory dancers

Dance Troupe - Opening Number
NEEDED: We are looking for one Little Tykes Coupe Car to use for the Dance Troupe opening number. If you have one we can borrow, please contact the Heart of the Valley Dance department with the information.
Costumes have been ordered for troupe, therefore we can no longer accept any additional dancers.
Troupe practices:
Sun Mar 21: 1 p.m. - 3 p.m. ages 8+
2 p.m. - 3 p.m. ages 3 - 7
Sat Apr 24: 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. ages 8+
11:00 a.m. - 12:00 ages 3 - 7
Sat May 8: 9 a.m. - 11 a.m. all ages
Sat May 15: 9 a.m. - 11 a.m. all ages
Family Dance
It’s time to register for the 2010 Family Dance! During our dance revue we perform one number that includes all family members! It's a lot of fun to participate in this number as a family as much as it is fun to watch! If your family is interested in performing, link on this link to open the registeration form. Please complete and return it to your child’s dance teacher (not the YMCA front desk). Registration is $10 per family, and please submit your completed registration by Friday, April 23. Checks should be made payable to the YMCA.
Mark your calendars for family dance practices:
Sun Apr 25 from 2:30 - 5:30 p.m.
Sun May 2 from 2:30 - 4 p.m.
Sun May 16 from 2:30 - 4 p.m.
Family Dance peformers will also practice during dress rehearsal week (Wed May 19).

Backstage Items Needed! Posted 04-28-10
Do you have any of the following items to donate backstage to help our dancers?
- Activity books
- Band aids
- Bobby pins
- Bottled water (small bottles preferred to prevent waste)
- Clear nail polish
- Coloring books
- Cotton balls
- Crackers (plain animal, saltines, Ritz etc.)
- Crayons
- Hair nets
- Hair spray
- Needle and thread
- Paper plates (small)
- Paper towels
- Q-tips
- Safety pins
- Stain removal (Shout wipes, Tide-to-go sticks)
- Tissue (Kleenex)
- Wet wipes
And anything else that you think would be helpful. Your donations will make the dancers' time backstage between numbers much more fun for them!
