  1.  Kwik Trip: KwiK Trip Gift Card Order Form.pdf. (An updated form for the 2011-2012 will be online shortly!)
    The last order for the 2010-2011 dance season is December 7, 2011. All orders earn 10% profit towards your dancer's 2011 - 2012 fundraising account.

    Marq It Design will embroider / screen print any article of clothing (t-shirt, sweatshirt, pants, etc.) or bag with your dancer's name and/or our FCDA logo as long as the article is of white, gray, or black coloring.  They charge $5 to add a name.
