FCDA YMCA Fundraising for the 2010 - 2011 Dance Season
Fundraising 2010-2011 efforts can be applied to the following events UP TO the following limits:
- Competition Entry Fees at $38.00 per competition team / per competition. NOTE: Typically we participate in 3 – 4 competition’s annually. These fees are due by December 15, 2010
- Level 1 = Dancer on 1 competition team: $38.00 per competition
- Level 2 = Dancer on 2 competition teams: $76.00 per competition
- Level 3 = Dancer on 3 competition teams: $114.00 per competition
- Level 4 = Dancer on 4 competition teams: $152.00 per competition
Lodging / Hotel for competition weekends: $220.00 per out-of-city competition weekends.
All individual fundraising monies remain in the YMCA’s dance team fundraising account.
Additional fundraising profits will be sent to the student prior to our lsat out-of-town event.
Individual fundraising profits earned in excess of a student’s established limits (noted above) will remain in the YMCA fundraising account and will be distributed evenly among remaining team members who have not reached their limit.
This is not a contract. The YMCA executive team reserves the right to alter this policy if needed for clarification, fairness, or other reasons.
Our fundraising committee has the option to create other fundraising opportunities for our dancers as needed throughout the year. These opportunities will be communicated to you via email.
