August Orders: Kwik Trip gift card orders will be accepted Wed, Aug 11 with pick-up Wed, Aug 18
- Make checks payable to "YMCA'
- Place order in a sealed envelope marked "Kwik Trip FCDA", and return it to the HOTVY by any of the following methods:
- Drop it in the secure, silver box located within the dance studio
(NOTE: The dance studio is only open Wednesday nights in the summer.) - Leave the order at the front desk
- Mail it to the Heart of the Valley YMCA

Distribution: Cards will be sent home with the dancer unless parents indicate otherwise.
Parents picking the cards, Miss Toni in the dance studio in the summer on Wednesday nights (5 - 8 p.m.). Please contact Miss Toni to make other arrangements, if necessary.
Profit of 10% of order will be applied towards the dancer's July 2010 - January 2011 account; 5% profit of total card sales will be applied to the dancer's Feb - Apr 2011 fundraising account .
Starting in September 2010, Kwik Trip orders will be due by 9:00 a.m. on the first Wednesday of every month. No card orders will be accepted after this time (no acceptions). Cards will be available for pick up or haded to the dancer on teh second Wednesday of every month from Toni Rockow. Cards not picked up will be available the following Monday at the front desk. We will assume that you would like the cards sent home with your dancer during class unless you make other arrangements.
