Kwik Trip Fundraising Opportunity

NEW for the 2011 - 2012 season: Fundraising guidelines have changed based on the YMCA Business Office guidelines.
The money that you fundraise this year can ONLY be used for Competition Fees and Convention Fees. See the Fundraising page for more details. Kwik Trip will be our only fundraiser. See the Kwik Trip page for details. Kwik Trip orders will only be available for purchased between Aug 24 - Dec 7, 2011.
Benefit: With the Kwik Trip gift card program when you purchase gift cards in denominations of $5, $10, $20, $50 and/or $100 through FCDA, 10% of your order is applied towards your dancer's 2011 - 2012 fundraising account.
For example: You purchase a $50 Kwik Trip gift card.
You pay $50.00 for it.
10% of your order ($5.00) is applied toward your dancer's fundraising account
You get to purchase $50 worth of gas or Kwik Trip store purchases
Order due dates: Kwik Trip gift card orders are due on the following Wednesdays in 2011:

How to order: To place your Kwik Trip fundraising order following these easy steps:
Make checks payable to "YMCA'
Place order in a sealed envelope marked "Kwik Trip FCDA", and return it to the HOTVY by any of the following methods:
Drop it in the secure, silver box located within the dance studio
(NOTE: The dance studio is only open Wednesday nights in the summer.)
Leave the order at the front desk
Mail it to the Heart of the Valley YMCA

Be sure the order is received by one of the above listed order due dates!
Distribution: Cards will be sent home with the dancer unless parents indicate otherwise on the Wednesday following the previous order due date. Parents picking the cards, Miss Toni in the dance studio in the summer on Wednesday nights (5 - 8 p.m.). Please contact Miss Toni to make other arrangements, if necessary.
