- To adhere to, and support all of the administrative responsibilities and policies, especially those that apply to instructors.
- To comprise a competition routine, using their best judgment in trying to use every dancer’s abilities to their fullest while creating a comfortable routine for the team as a whole.
- Maintain good communication with dancers and parents.
- To structure practice so that the dancer’s skills are being challenged, and continuing to work on basic skills needed in a dance routine.
- Make sure the dancers are properly dressed for practice.
- To regulate and administer all policies including but not limited to the attendance policy.
- To create an atmosphere in the studio that exemplifies the character values of CARING, HONESTY, RESPECT,
and RESPONSIBILITY. - Maintain discipline and take action when necessary.
- To know and practice established emergency procedures in the event of an accident.
