Private Lessons
1. Private lessons are to be used as a tool to “fine tune” a dancer’s skill, or for an extra group to practice their skills outside of practice times.
2. All private lessons will be scheduled through Team Instructors. Instructors will notify students when they feel a private lesson would be beneficial. If a parent feels their child needs a private lesson, they may approach the instructor to schedule a lesson at a fee according to studio and instructor availability.
3. If you need to cancel a private lesson, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance, with the exception of emergencies. If a lesson is not canceled 24 hours in advance, you will be responsible for paying for a private/semi private lesson. If an instructor must cancel a private lesson, you will receive a phone call from the instructor or HOTV office staff to reschedule your lesson.
4. The studio is not opened exclusively for private lessons. If there are other activities going on in the facility, the private lesson takes 2nd priority to the activities in the facility.
5. Private lessons must be paid in full, the day of the lessons, before the lesson begins. You must show a receipt of payment to the instructor.

1 hour private lesson $50.00
30 minute private lesson $25.00
