Policy on Violation of Training Rules

An individual who is charged with violation(s) of responsibilities and/or rules shall be dealt with in the following manner:
A. Minor or occasional violations shall be handled by the dancer and instructors.
B. Serious or frequent violations by a dancer shall be reviewed by the following:
1. The Dance Instructor
2. The Competitive Dance Team Coordinators
3. The Heart of the Valley Executive Director
A meeting may be scheduled with the Dancer, Parent (s), Instructor(s), Coordinators and/or HOTV Executive Director to discuss and resolve the violation(s).
