Fox Cities Dance Academy

Fox Cities Dance Academy starts the season with dance mini camps which begin the last week in May and are held for 4 weeks.  Following the mini camps are the wokshops.  At the workshops dancers will review the criteria and learn a short section of choreography that will be performed at auditions.  Dancers are not required to attend the workshops as they may learn the dance from a friend, however, attendance is strongly encouraged. Two days after the workshops the team auditions are held for ages 4-18 in the areas of Jazz, Lyrical and Tap.  Audition results will be posted outside of the HOTV studio within the following week.  FCDA students begin their dance season in July/August and run until May.  These groups will compete at 3 to 4 competitions during the months of Febuary - May traveling to Chicago, Madison, Minneapolis, Appleton and/or Green Bay, and end their season with their team Dance Revue in May.
